Estimating Specialist

We are seeking an experienced estimating professional to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparing accurate cost estimates and quotes from project scopes provided by managers
  • Reviewing technical drawings, plans, and specifications
  • Obtaining and comparing supplier and subcontractor pricing
  • Supporting tender submissions and variations
Requirements:
  • Experience as an estimator or trade background with strong construction knowledge
  • Ability to read and interpret project plans and scopes
  • Good attention to detail and numbers-driven approach
  • Organised and reliable, with a willingness to learn and develop skills
