We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support our Group Head of Business Improvement, in administration, communication, and information/workflow management, and help to improve Stockland's brand and the managers profile, partnerships, and relationships with key stakeholders and Government.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Perform information management, including collection and maintenance of files/records, correspondence, and project files for easy retrieval
- Perform diary and workflow management with a focus on diary management, travel, organisation of approvals and the provision of solid administrative secretarial support including the preparation of minutes, agendas and PCG reports
- Assist in maintaining appropriate systems, procedures and controls
- Provide updates to the Group Head of Business Improvement and key business and people issues
- Provide a warm and helpful interface between Group Head of Business Improvement, the Senior Leadership Team and the key stakeholders
- Represent Stockland in a manner that enhances the brand and Stockland's values
- Liaise with stakeholders to ensure meetings are attended, reports/presentations are prepared within the set deadlines and build strong relationships through effective communication
- Support the Group Head of Business Improvement to meet agreed people management timeframes, objectives and reporting
- Act as liaison for the Group Head of Business Improvement and maintain an approachable, professional, and helpful attitude

**About you**
- You bring experience supporting a General Manager or a Senior Manager, one on one, would be preferable
- Experience in managing the process to prepare and submit documents for Senior Leadership Team and Board Committees
- Strong administration skills with intermediate to advance skill level across the Microsoft Office Suite
- Highly organised, strong sense of initiative, exercises discretion and a proactive approach
- Experience in managing events and projects requiring flexibility to meet deadlines
