Advance your career as a Personal Assistant supporting the Head of Mergers & Acquisitions and Head of Capital Solutions. Based in our Sydney head office, you will thrive being the key first line of contact, providing administrative support alongside high-level coordination.

About the role
This is a busy and diverse role that will see you engaging with a range of internal and external stakeholders at the senior level. Providing effective administrative support to multiple stakeholders, some of your responsibilities will include:

- Coordination of any related travel requirements
- Preparing presentations, correspondence, agendas, minutes and reports as required
- Assistance with on boarding and off boarding employees
- Information management and retrieval from relevant systems, including managing files and records and maintenance of processes
- Managing strong professional relationships with senior internal stakeholders and their assistants
- Working autonomously and managing highly confidential information
- Organising and coordinating events

About you
You are an experienced, confident Personal Assistant or Team Administrator, accustomed to providing administration and coordination in a senior management environment. You are a polished professional who is proactive and diplomatic in the way you work.

To be successful in the role you will have the following skills and experience:

- Exceptional stakeholder management skills
- Strong attention to detail with outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised, strong sense of initiative, and a proactive approach
- Expert with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Sharepoint)
- Systems savvy you will have experience using internal workflow systems and platforms
