
Group Head Of Supply Planning

We're seeking an experienced **Group Head of Supply Planning**to lead the end-to-end supply planning capability across the Blackmores Group. This is a pivotal leadership role within Group Operations, responsible for delivering a responsive, customer-centric supply plan that balances excellent service with cost effectiveness across our markets and manufacturing partners.
You will play a key role in driving and facilitating the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Supply Review process, ensuring we meet our supply commitments and proactively address potential risks and constraints.
This is a 2-year fixed term contract with a potential for extension or further opportunities. It is also a hybrid role, where you will be required to work 3 days from one of our Sydney offices (Warriewood or Surry Hills) and 2 days from home.
**Responsibilities include**:
- Leading the supply chain planning function across all markets and sites, including master production scheduling, material requirements planning, and market replenishment planning
- Facilitating the monthly IBP Supply Review process, partnering with the Group Operations Leadership Team to confirm the 12-18 month supply plan, highlighting any constraints or deviations
- Managing capacity and inventory to optimise site utilisation while maintaining strong customer service and fill rates
- Driving rapid resolution of supply challenges and ensuring on-time launch of new products
- Setting the vision and roadmap for a best-in-class, future-focused supply planning team
- Embedding customer-focused, value-generating behaviours and continuous improvement practices
**Who are you?**
- A strategic and inspirational leader with experience managing planning functions in a mature IBP/S&OP environment, ideally across international markets
- Highly analytical with a track record of using data to drive decision-making and results
- A strong collaborator and influencer who can work cross-functionally at pace
- Passionate about team development, with the ability to build a high-performing, customer-centric planning team
- Degree qualified in Supply Chain, Business, or a related discipline
- FMCG or Healthcare experience is highly regarded
