**Your opportunity**

We are looking for a Personal Assistant to support the Director of Risk, and Internal Audit, Director of Security, Head of Internal Audit and GM Risk. You will work in a high energy role that requires a genuine drive and enthusiasm and the ability to manage your time effectively. In this role, you will work as a part of multiple teams to help connect and improve processes and provide more efficient and effective ways of working to support the team in meeting their objectives

**Industry Skills, Knowledge and Experience**
- Clear and concise communicator (written and spoken) with people at all levels and from all different backgrounds
- Ability to multi-task and work efficiently
- Proven experience in preparation of management reports and internal communications
- Proven experience in diary and phone management (Office 365)
- Proven administration experience (ideally covering event organisation, invoice processing and systems administration)
- Highly motivated and passionate about achieving the best possible outcome for the Risk, Audit & Security Team
- Attention to detail to confirm reports and communications that are prepared are complete, accurate and of a high quality
- Highly organised but also flexible and able to deal with change to assist in driving a positive risk culture across Scentre Group

**Your core responsibilities will include**:

- Strong sense of initiative, flexibility and prioritisation to be able to multi-task and manage workload
- Diary management and external and internal stakeholder coordination using in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Teams for the Director Risk and Audit, Director Security, Head of Internal Audit and GM Risk
- Inbox and expense management for the Director Security
- Strong organisational skills and proactive nature
- Clear and confident communication skills with people at all levels and from all different backgrounds
- Displays confidentiality and discretion to all tasks undertaken
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience managing travel and understanding the nature of business travels uncertainty
- Understands the demands of working in a large corporate environment for multiple senior managers/executives
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills and ability to pick up tasks in appropriate time frame
- Support for onboarding and offboarding of staff including controlling access management, computer set up, induction packs, site walkthroughs, meetings with key stakeholders, exit checklists/handover documentation and coordinating exit interviews
- Adhoc support to the extended Risk, Audit and Security team.
