Category: Full Time 38hrs week or School Hours 5 days a week.

Hourly Rate:  Salary $65,000.00 p.a.

Brown Steel is a well-established structural steel fabrication company with over 26 years of experience servicing the construction industry across Toowoomba and beyond. We are currently seeking an experienced QA / HR Administrator.

What We're Looking For:

This role requires a minimum of 3 Years of Administration experience.

High level of computer skills in Microsoft Office, including Teams, and attention to detail

Excellent organisational and autonomous time management skills.

Strong communication skills, liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Overall Duties:

  • QA - Weld Records Data Entry
  • QA - Material Test cert Data Entry
  • QA - Administer ITP and Checklists
  • Sustainability Energy Usage Data Entry
  • HR - Administer Human Resources and Company Policies Compliance
  • General Administration Duties

Personal Attributes:

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work unsupervised
  • Strong team player with good communication skills
  • Willing to assist with many administrative duties.
