About the Role
Account Manager – VIC & TAS, within Woven Image, part of CSR's Interior Systems portfolio.
You will manage and grow the VIC and TAS portfolio, acting as the go-to for Architects and Designers to build deep relationships that lead to product specifications on commercial and government projects.
What You'll Be Doing
Build and deepen relationships with Architects, Designers, and Specifiers to drive product specification and repeat business
Proactively identify and win new business opportunities to grow market share across VIC and TAS
Deliver compelling product presentations and engage decision-makers through consultative selling
Stay across design trends, sustainability credentials, and technical product knowledge to support project specifications
Manage a healthy pipeline, tracking specifications through to conversion with effective handovers to delivery teams
Partner internally with marketing, logistics, customer service and project delivery to ensure a seamless customer experience
Monitor market insights, competitor activity and project lifecycles to maximise opportunities
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in architectural specification sales – experience in textiles, acoustic solutions, carpet, upholstery, fixtures or similar is highly regarded
A strong network or ability to build relationships in the architecture and design space
Passion for design and sustainability – you speak the language of specifiers and bring products to life
Strong presentation and influencing skills – polished, confident, and persuasive
Self-starter with initiative, strong time management, and the ability to manage projects from specification to delivery
CRM-savvy and commercially sharp – able to forecast, track and drive results
Qualifications in architecture, design, business or related fields are great, but not essential.
