Accounts Manager

As a key contact for the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable function, you will report directly to the Financial Controller. Your duties include generating and managing customer invoices, end-to-end AP & AR processes, monthly statements, managing customer relationships, reconciliations of accounts, financial reporting and record keeping, and assisting the finance team with ad hoc tasks as required.
- Generate and manage the customer invoicing process
- End-to-end AP & AR processes
- Produce monthly statements
- Manage relationships with customers
- Reconcile accounts
- Prepare financial reports and maintain accurate records
- Support the finance team with additional tasks
The successful candidate will have prior experience in a similar role, preferably with Xero accounting software knowledge. They should possess an excellent attitude, a keen desire to grow in their role, a personable nature to build strong relationships with key stakeholders, and demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills.
