Service Delivery Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Delivery Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional support services to NDIS participants. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the Australian disability sector, with on-the-ground experience in managing teams, operations, and business development.
About the Role

Providing client-centric support within budget.
Building loyal, skilled, and committed multi-disciplinary teams with capacity and capability.
Identifying efficiencies, leading compliance and risk management improvements, managing budgets, relationships, and resources.
SUCCESS-driven marketing initiatives to build and deliver the Charter Care Service vision.
Mandatory Requirements
The successful candidate will have demonstrated leadership and skills in the NDIS sector (minimum 5 years). You will need to have experience implementing and reporting on Behaviour Support Plans, hold Blue and Yellow cards, and possess a National Police Check (within six months). A driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle are also required. Relevant tertiary qualifications are essential.
