Site Operations Director

Recycling and logistics operations require strong leadership to achieve success. As a skilled Site Operations Director, you will oversee daily activities at multiple locations, ensuring the execution of projects while driving innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Management: Direct site teams to maintain high standards for safety and environmental practices, manage change, and meet operational KPIs.

Requirements:
  • A strong track record of safety and environmental management with prior experience as a site or division operational leader.
  • Experience in fast-paced and highly regulated environments, trade qualifications or industry-relevant licenses, and working knowledge of fixed and mobile plant and machinery.
  • Demonstrated experience leading continuous improvement and comfortable working on a computer with Microsoft Office skills.
