Our client is an iconic Australian brand in the supply chain industry and a recognised employer of choice. Right now, they have an immediate need for a Change Lead.

This is a 6-month contract with likely extensions, and due to the role's requirements, you will need to be in the office five days a week.

This is a role where you will need to be able to hit the ground running and work as part of a dynamic team delivering a business-critical programme.

You must be a Self-starter who takes ownership of your work and knows how to make change happen.

**What you will need to bring to the table**:

- Tertiary qualification and Change Management certification preferred
- 5 + years of Change Management experience with exposure to large-scale and complex programs
- Exceptional flexible stakeholder management and
- Excellent communication and the ability to produce content
- Proven ability to develop training and educational programs
- Prior experience in the Transport industry and with finance systems is viewed favourably
