**Your new role**
- You will inspire, support and develop RMH leaders and staff to lead the Melbourne Way and build a culture of Speaking up. You will support the implementation and ongoing improvement of a range of development activities, learning programs across the health service. You will coordinate coaching and tailored support to assist RMH Safety Champions and local leaders. These will help embed our values of People first, Lead with kindness and Excellence together.
**About you**
- Tertiary qualified in a relevant field
- Passionate about leadership development
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
