Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Advisor to lead multidisciplinary education programs at our hospital in Heidelberg and Werribee. The ideal candidate will have exceptional clinical, time management, organisational and communication skills.

This is a key leadership position that requires exceptional abilities to coordinate quality improvement activities, develop educational strategies related to resuscitation and work collaboratively with stakeholders.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse Division One with AHPRA
  • Post-Graduate Diploma in Critical Care Nursing or equivalent with a minimum of 4 years clinical experience in critical care
  • Experience in assessment, development, implementation and evaluation of educational programs
