Clinical Leadership Role

About the Role
- Provide expert clinical guidance and support across the organisation
- Lead quality improvement initiatives and drive excellence in client outcomes

- Analyse data to inform decision-making and drive positive change
Your Skills and Qualifications
- Aged Care, and/or NDIS management experience
- Bachelor of Nursing degree or equivalent qualification
- Postgraduate qualification in aged care, disability, or health management (desirable)
- Cert IV in training and assessment (desirable)
- Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder skills
