The Group continues to drive the hydraulic and fluid conveyance industry forward with our high-quality products, technical service and expertise and global reach.The roleWe are currently seeking a motivated and sales driven Business Development Manager to join our high achieving and successful team to develop the Southern Queensland/Northern NSW region (Tweed Heads, Lismore, Casino, Grafton, Glenn Innes, St George, Roma, Miles, Dalby, Warwick etc).
This is a new phase of growth for the organisation, and we are looking for someone who will enjoy selling hydraulic fittings with a strong ability to identify new opportunities, increase existing business and strategise with sales and service departments on product and service proposals.
This role reports to our Brisbane branch and is a permanent position (Mon-Fri) with an excellent annual salary plus attractive bonus/commission incentives on all existing and new business won.We are looking for someone proactive and dynamic who will be part of a dedicated sales team, possessing the desire to achieve above budgeted sales results and deliver excellent customer satisfaction.
Your outstanding interpersonal communication skills, proactivity and strategic call cycle planning, commercial acumen and autonomy will see you thrive in this highly rewarding role.

Duties/ResponsibilitiesIdentify and Develop New Business Opportunities: Proactively seek out and build relationships with potential customers.Maintain and Grow Existing Accounts: Provide outstanding customer service and build long-term partnerships.Product Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of our products to effectively address customer needs.Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.Quoting and Pricing: Prepare and present competitive quotations to customers.Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer demands.Collaboration: Work closely with the procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.About youExperience: Proven sales experience within the mining industry, ideally with mechanical knowledge of mobile equipment.Knowledge: Familiarity with hydraulic hose & fittings is highly desirable.Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skillsSelf-Motivation: A results-driven individual with a proactive approach to sales.Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.Driver's License: A valid driver's license is required.What we offerCompetitive Salary: Excellent annual salary $$$Commission Scheme: Attractive bonus commission scheme - make top $$$ with a product that really sells itself in the market.
