
Business Development Manager

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to drive business growth and expansion.
This is a full-time opportunity based at our office, where you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing strategic plans to grow our client base.
Main Responsibilities:- Create and execute business development strategies to increase sales revenue and expand market share
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and develop plans to capitalize on them
- Analyse market trends and customer needs to identify potential new business areas
- Source and pursue sales and business opportunities
- Develop and deliver product presentations to new and existing clients
- Promote and sell products to new and existing clients, managing orders from start to finish
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up
- Provide excellent customer service, answering product queries, providing specifications and technical information as needed
- Produce regular reports on business activities and sales performance
- Demonstrated experience in a business development or sales capacity, with a proven track record of driving sales growth
- Knowledge of the commercial trade is desirable but not essential if you have a passion to learn about the industry
- Familiarity with plumbing supplies would be beneficial
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage workload and prioritise tasks efficiently
- Attention to detail and ability to problem-solve
- A team player who can also work independently when required
- Intermediate computer skills and ability to think outside the square
