Overview

In the Role of Business Development Manager BDM you will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, developing growth strategies for the business and nurturing client relationships to increase revenue and market presence.

Key responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities across target sectors.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site assessments.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, quotes, and tender submissions.
  • Collaborate with operations and technical teams to ensure solution alignment.
  • Attend industry events and networking functions to promote our services.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly new business acquisition targets.
  • Provide regular reporting on pipeline, activity, and forecasts.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in business development or sales, ideally within the security or facilities management industry.
  • Strong understanding of guarding, patrol, and technical security solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on, results-driven approach.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
