**Operations Supervisor**

**What you will enjoy doing**
- Supervise depot operations and transport staff in accordance with site Safety rules and daily production requirements
- In addition, you will maintain the Toowoomba depot to a high standard; supervise all activities and contractors on site, compete startup and shutdown procedures, maintain good housekeeping at the depot, monitor and manage stock levels and complete weekly checks
- Providing supervision and hands on support in filling and testing of LPG cylinders, you will also support with gas cylinder deliveries to domestic and commercial customers in a safe manner, obeying all road rules and complying with Linde internal standards and policies
- Manage day to day driver activities such as rostering, logbook / timesheet checks, allocation of delivery schedules
- Working collaboratively with the local customer service and management team to ensure Elgas provides exceptional on time service to our customers is key for this position

**What makes you great**
- In possession of five (5) years+ in manufacturing/production or transport occupations you have strong supervisory experience
- In addition, you have proven safety leadership and ability to manage contractors
- Previous experience with LPG or in DG would be an advantage
- Holder of an MR truck license - 3 years minimum experience (HR preferred)
- Also a Forklift License (essential)
