Stanbroke is a reputable family-owned and operated Australian Cattle and beef business. Our operations span across Northern Queensland, with extensive cattle properties, backgrounding operations in Southern Queensland, a state-of-the-art cattle feedlot, a fully accredited beef processing facility, and global marketing capabilities. We offer a full range of Grain and Grass-fed beef categories and export to over 35 countries globally.

The Role:

Are you organised, approachable, and ready to make a real impact on the day-to-day experience of our team? As our Accommodation Supervisor, you'll be responsible for ensuring our feedlot's living facilities are safe, clean, and welcoming – creating a true "home away from home" for our staff. Every day will bring something different, from coordinating maintenance to greeting new team members.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Be the first point of contact - Provide a friendly and helpful presence for all residents.
  • Oversee upkeep - Coordinate building, garden, and facility maintenance to the highest standard.
  • Lead the team - Manage accommodation staff, including cooks and cleaners.
  • Stay compliant - Ensure all work meets legislative and company requirements.
  • Handle logistics - Manage room bookings, inspections, and accurate records.
  • Welcome and induct - Support new staff as they settle into life at the feedlot.
  • Manage supplies - Maintain stock levels of camp consumables and keep records up to date.

Who We're Looking For:

  • A natural "people person" with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Organised, detail-focused, and proactive.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to balance multiple tasks while keeping standards high.
