In this role, you'll be our 'face in the field' focused on managing canola sales in the Central NSW/MIA broadacre cropping zone.
In this role, you will be ensuring that Nufarm's seed & traits products in these market segments are effectively communicated and strategically positioned within the region to maximize sales across the Canola portfolio.This role will manage theCentral NSW segment (Location within territory flexible) and requires regular travel.
A tool of trade vehicle will be provided.How You'll Help Us GrowPreparing sales presentations, business plans and proposals to ensure successful outcome of transactionsActively calling on key accounts and assisting sales force to maintain end user pull through for Seed products.Ensuring that Nufarm Seed reseller clients and their end-users are equipped with the necessary marketing, technical and agronomic information to successfully recommend and use our productsOrganize regional marketing/technical training meetings with major resellers and/or end-users.Assisting with the market development of new products and the repositioning of existing products to maximize Nufarm returnsPromptly responding to and resolving any concerns with the company or its products in conjunction with the Regional Sales Manager – East and National Sales managerAttending relevant industry meetings, conferences, field days and seminars.Manage the reporting/forecasting of Monola planting declarations to Monola grain partnersAssist with the market development of new products and the repositioning of existing productsMaintaining and developing end-user, reseller and consultant agronomist relationshipsWhat do you bring?
You're an enthusiastic Agriculturalist with a broad knowledge of Agronomy and the Agricultural industry, ideally with a Broadacre crop focus including Canola but we are open to conversations if you are wanting to enter across from an alternative sales background.You are energetic, engaging, customer focused, and results driven.
