About This Role

We are seeking an exceptional Sales Manager to lead our canola sales efforts in Central NSW/MIA. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth, developing strategic partnerships, and providing excellent customer service.

  • Developing and executing sales strategies to maximize Canola portfolio returns across the region.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with key accounts and collaborating with the sales force to ensure seamless end-user pull through for Seed products.
  • Educating Nufarm Seed reseller clients and their end-users on marketing, technical, and agronomic information to enhance product adoption and recommendation.
  • Organizing regional training sessions with major resellers and/or end-users to drive market development and reposition existing products.
  • Promptly addressing concerns and resolving issues related to the company or its products.
  • Representing the company at industry events, conferences, field days, and seminars.
