Maintenance Person - Day
- Your mission: To create memorable experiences for colleagues and customers by providing maintenance support across Crown Perth.
- At Crown Perth memorable experiences are created when we work together. As the Maintenance Person - Day you will be responsible for quality operation and preventative maintenance of the Crown Perth Complex, as well as general handyperson duties as required.
- Key Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

- Carrying out various preventative and reactive maintenance tasks as required such as replace light globes, repair curtain rails, TV replacement, paving repairs, small painting touch-ups, unblock drains and assisting other colleagues as required
- Assisting in the Building Automation System to ensure cost effective operation of plant and equipment
- Ensuring all work is carried out to a five-star standard throughout the complex
- Assisting Tradesmen in capital works when required
- Communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure works are carried out effectively and efficiently
- Preferred Criteria:

- Minimum 5 years' experience in a general trades/maintenance position
- Working knowledge of Engineering building systems, OH&S principles, statutory and legal compliancy regulations
- Demonstrated experience working in teams to deliver business outcomes
- Previous experience in hotels or a five-star customer service environment is desirable
- High level of interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
