This dynamic team supports the operations of our hotels and resorts, ensuring everything works smoothly behind the scenes.We're seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join the Engineering team as all-rounder Maintenance Person on a casual basis to work weekends.
What You'll DoComplete maintenance tasks as requested by departments and supervisorsUse the Work Order system to manage and prioritise tasksCollaborate with team members and support others when neededEscalate tasks to supervisors when licensed trades are requiredMaintain a safe and secure environment for staff and guestsAbout YouYou'll bring:Experience working in teams to achieve shared goalsGeneral knowledge of building services and maintenance practicesAbility to organise your day and meet operational targetsComfort working across different departments and adapting to changing prioritiesPrevious maintenance experience is welcome but not essentialJob DescriptionMaintenance Person CasualQualificationsCandidates with a trade background will also be consideredAdditional InformationTo be successful, you'll be able to:Recognise the importance of strong customer focused work ethicAssist with a wide range of important tasks across different fieldsCultivate strong relationships and foster long-term partnerships with key stakeholdersProvide subject matter expertise to internal and external stakeholdersWhat you can expect from usOn top of exciting career possibilities, we offer better exposure to experiences and learning.
