We are seeking a full time maintenance person who is an all rounder to work primarily at a suburban shopping centre and also throughout our property portfolio.

The ideal candidate will be a self starter, have experience working in a similar environment. Possesses broad construction experience preferably in carpentry, stud wall, ceiling construction and flushing. Additional experience in tiling and/or painting would also be preferred.

As part of the role, you will be responsible for day to day maintenance and repairs, management of capital works projects, supervising specialist trades and assisting with shop refurbishments and completing fitout works prior to the handover of a tenancy.

You will need to supply your own tools but we do have a range of our own tools and equipment that can be utilised.

The role is to be carried out during normal work hours, Monday to Friday however the ability to respond to urgent after hours work is required.

Salary: Negotiable on experience.
