**THE OPPORTUNITY**

We are looking for a Document Production Team Leader to take ownership and responsibility for the national Document Production team. This role can be based in Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne or Perth with working hours between 4pm - 12am AEST.

Reporting to the Document Production Manager, Australia & Asia, your day-to-day responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

- Supervising and delivering high quality document creation, amendment and formatting services to Practice Groups and Business Services members via the services of the Document Production function.
- Monitoring workflow and allocate work across the national Document Production team, liaising with Document Production Workflow Coordinators, to achieve completion of work within the most efficient time frame.
- Making effective use of all global resources and utilise the Off-Site and London Document Production teams to ensure deadlines are met.
- Performing the tasks of a hands-on Document Production team member as necessary.

**SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS**

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Document Production Operator in a professional services firm.
- Proven leadership skills.
- Strong time-management and organisational skills.
- Minimum typing speed of 80wpm (with 98% accuracy).
- Intermediate level PowerPoint and Excel knowledge and skill.
- Proficient use of transcription equipment.
- Proven ability to think ahead, set priorities and work under pressure to ensure deadlines are met.
