New opportunity for a Data and Inventory Specialist to facilitate Toll's ability to better report on productivity and achievements.

As Data and Inventory Specialist you will be responsible for providing information and knowledge to ensure effective warehouse and supply chain operations are carried out.

This is an integral position within our operation, and we are looking for a highly motivated and proactive individual to join our team and make this role their own

Key responsibilities include:

- Provide daily/weekly/monthly system reporting to operational teams
- Develop an understanding of client systems/ERP and extract data for TOLL forecast formulation
- Understand client WMS and be able to operate within the system
- Correct use of Inventory Management & Ordering System
- Development of daily/weekly/monthly reporting tools and presentations for business performance
- Develop client facing relationships and regular meeting attendance
- Participate in formal stock takes and inventory audits
- Time in motion studies and KPI reporting
- Becoming a SME in the clients ERP software
- Be prepared to undertake any other task that may be reasonably required from time to time for which you can perform

To be successful you will have:

- 2-3 years' experience as a Data and Inventory specialist or similar role.
- Strong background in reporting and logistics/supply chain operations
- 2-3 years' experienced in SAP is highly regarded
- Competent in using Computer based systems (Excel, Word, online based warehouse, and inventory systems)
- Ability to work cooperatively with others across the organisation to achieve shared objectives
- Autonomous attitude towards working
- C-Class Drivers License
- Valid Australian working rights
