Job Title: Supply Chain Inventory Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Inventory Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our supply chain department, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining inventory levels, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services, and driving continuous improvement in our supply chain processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain accurate inventory records, including tracking stock levels, monitoring expiration dates, and identifying opportunities for cost savings.
  • Develop and implement effective inventory control strategies, including just-in-time (JIT) delivery, vendor-managed inventory (VMI), and drop shipping.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including purchasing, logistics, and sales, to ensure seamless communication and coordination throughout the supply chain.
  • Analyze data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas for cost reduction.
  • Implement process improvements and best practices to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and delivering high-quality products and services.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in supply chain management, inventory control, or related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
