**What You'll Be Doing**:
As the Project Engineering Manager, you will participate in all stages of the project lifecycle, including proposal development, detailed design and project execution. You will contribute to technical feasibility studies, value engineering, cost development and strategical planning for the Hydropower market.

Reporting to th e Project Development Manager for the hydropower project, you will manage a multi-discipline engineering team during proposal development and project execution for the project.

Responsible for attaining high quality of engineering deliverables, you will manage engineering activities to align with established schedule and budget requirements with commercial awareness of prime contract and subcontract scope requirements and limitations.

**What You're Good At**:
Qualified with a degree preferably in Civil Engineering or other relevant engineering discipline (Mechanical, Electrical, Geotechnical or Construction where you will have significant engineering experience, participating in planning, developing and executing heavy civil projects. This includes pre-feasibility, feasibility, FEED, preliminary and detailed design, construction to commissioning and start-up.

You will have experience with the sustainable development and execution of large hydro and pumped storage project. This may include early engineering development, feasibility study, design development, detailed design and construction execution.

You will have proven ability in managing multi-disciplinary teams (including subconsultant engineering), consisting of geotechnical, geological, hydrology and hydraulics, civil, structural, seismic, mechanical, electrical, environmental, risk and construction engineers in support of project execution.
