At Starlight, we know that sick kids are still kids. So, our mission is to brighten the lives of seriously ill children, and their families, by replacing the pain, fear and stress experienced through hospitalisation and treatment with programs that deliver fun, joy, and laughter.

Join Australia's broadest reaching children's charity, reporting directly to the National Volunteer Manager. Collaborating with the Events team, contributing to the growth and development of our volunteer community by supporting the process of attracting, engaging, and retaining volunteers to meet the need of our amazing Starlight events.
- Attract, Recruit, Engage & Retain Starlight's Event Volunteers
- Ensure all volunteers have an exceptional Starlight experience.
- Lead volunteers at signature events (Star Ball, Five Chef Dinners).
- Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Reporting & Compliance
- Maintain an accurate database for event volunteers.
**NOTE: This is a Hybrid role and can be based in Sydney or Melbourne.**
**About You**
