ASIC is seeking a full time Change Manager to join their Enterprise Portfolio and Performance Office (ePPO)

The team
Enterprise Portfolio and Performance Office (ePPO) is a centralised team whose purpose is to drive efficiency and uplift new capability such as program delivery, insight, change and continuous improvement across ASIC. We are undertaking major technology projects that will transform our business and continue our significant technology transformation in several areas such as virtualisation, mobility, and cloud.
ePPO provides project and program management services, procurement services, and assurance and governance oversight. The team is also responsible for the business planning and change management function. The Change and Business Readiness team supports the delivery of change management, business readiness and communications across IT related projects in accordance with the ASIC Project Management methodology (APM).

The role:

- take a leadership and hands on role in delivering organisational change management initiatives across multiple IT and business projects.
- partner with internal stakeholders to support them with overall program and/or project level business change activities.
- assist the project teams with delivering clear and identifiable results that assist project and the business in embedding the change.
- monitor the change's progress and ensure all project governance requirements are met including planning, risk identification and management, reporting and project management.
- support the design, development, and delivery of project communications, ensuring that adequate communication has been provided throughout the lifecycle of the project including transition to BAU and post go live.
- work with project managers to conduct impact analysis, stakeholder analysis and other key change deliverables.
- contribute to the refinement of the change management framework - assisting in the adoption and delivery as required.
- contribute to the design of a roadmap for embedding and maturing change management across ASIC.
- support continuous improvement by Identifying and implementing process improvements that significantly improve quality of change and business readiness.
- support the development of a change management capability uplift program for project managers and key stakeholders.
- support the implementation of a standardised, consistent set of change management tools and artefacts.
- Ensure key processes/procedures are documented and team members are trained.

About you:

- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Information Technology/Business Management/Communications and demonstrated change management experience. Change Management certification such as Prosci highly regarded.
- Proven ability to plan and manage the people, process, and behaviour change implementation activities.
- Experience in effectively coaching people on the standards and Change Management practices.
- Strong facilitation and communication skills - ability to deliver effective training sessions both face to face and online.
- Demonstrated organisational and time management skills and the ability to work to meet deadlines while managing several competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Strong interpersonal, relationship building skills, with the ability to negotiate and consult to engage all levels of the organisation and develop effective partnerships with a range of stakeholders.
- Ability to work with IT Managers and team members at all levels and work collaboratively to achieve results.
- Excellent communication skills to and ability to articulate complex technical matters to users.
- Microsoft Office suite including Visio, Project, and Azure Dev Ops, Peoplesoft and SharePoint knowledge an advantage
