Change Implementation Specialist

Our team focuses on delivering high-quality change management services to our organization and stakeholders.

The Change Management team is responsible for ensuring that all changes are effectively implemented, with minimal disruption and maximum value.

As a key member of our Change Management team, you will partner with business stakeholders to develop and implement effective change strategies.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing comprehensive change management plans and interventions.
  • Conducting detailed change impact assessments.
  • Designing and delivering change communications and training programs.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in change management or a related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Experience with agile practices and business banking is highly valued.
