**File Management Officer - Personal Injury | Melbourne, VIC**
We are seeking a File Management Officer who will be responsible for providing a variety of administrative support to the Claims Team.
**You'll be responsible for**:
- Arranging independent medical examinations for injured workers, ensuring all relevant correspondence is provided to the key stakeholders in a timely manner
- Communicating with the injured workers, reminding them of their appointment dates and times.
- Preparing correspondence to workers, employers and other stakeholders in response to either queries received or arising from the processing of claims
- Assisting with the day to day administration duties of the team
- Working effectively and efficiently; ensuring tasks are completed on time and with attention to detail
- Proactively work within the team environment and actively contribute to team goals, assisting other team members and supporting a positive working environment
**Important to your success**:**
- Demonstrated experience with MS Office Products
- Strong work ethic and time management skills
- Excellent customer service skills
