**About the Role**
- Provide administrative support to the Senior Asset Protection Officer and Asset Protection Support Officer as required.
- Management of the Works Inbox for the AP team.
- Assist the AP team to monitor and manage Customer Requests, ensuring compliance with Council's customer service charter.
- Assist other areas of the organisation to provide accurate and timely information requested of the AP team.
- Single point of contact for all AP related enquiries and bookings, including booking in crossover inspections, Asset Protection and Works Within Road Reserve Final Inspections for the Asset Protection Officers.
- Process, review and manage all new permit referrals, including Asset Protection, Works Within Road Reserve, Nature Strip Modifications and Driveway Access Permits.
- Responsible for process development, document control and system file management.
- Utilise Council's information systems for all workflow, record keeping and maintenance work within the area of responsibility.
- Manage administration of the bond refund process, acting as the main point of contact between the applicant and the Finance Department.

- Proven communication skills with a strong ability to work in a team and autonomously.
- Demonstrated initiative and the ability to manage time, set priorities, plan, and organise one's own work.
- An attention to detail to ensure work is completed accurately and efficiently.
- Demonstrated ability to engage with stakeholders both internally and externally
- Relevant qualification and/or experience in administration
- Prior work experience in a role which involved customer service and experience in Local Government is desirable.
- A satisfactory Criminal Record Check.
- Worker Screening Check (formerly Working with Children Check) or willingness to obtain.
- A current Victorian drivers' licence.
