Asset Protection Permit Officer
Job Description:This is a temporary contract position for an Asset Protection Administration Officer located in Eastern Victoria. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for all asset protection enquiries and bookings, process permit applications efficiently, handle public counter enquiries, manage bond refunds, and assist with meetings and correspondence.
Key Responsibilities:- Be the first point of contact for all asset protection enquiries and bookings
- Process asset protection permit applications efficiently and accurately
- Handle public counter enquiries when they arise
- Manage the bond refund process, liaising between applicants and the finance department
- Organise meetings and take minutes as required
The ideal candidate will have previous local council experience, strong administrative skills, and proven customer service ability. Experience using TechOne will be highly regarded. A willingness to undergo a police check is also essential.
