We are seeking an experienced Asset Protection Permit Officer to join our team on a 2-month temporary contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing asset protection permit applications efficiently and accurately, handling public counter enquiries, and managing the bond refund process.
Key Responsibilities- Be the first point of contact for all asset protection enquiries and bookings
- Process asset protection permit applications promptly and accurately
- Handle public counter enquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Manage the bond refund process, liaising between applicants and the Finance Department
The ideal candidate will have previous local council experience, strong administrative skills, and proven customer service ability. Experience using TechOne will be highly regarded. A willingness to undergo a police check is also required.
The successful candidate will be working in Eastern Victoria, approximately 100km east of Melbourne. The role involves working 38 hours per week, with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.
What We're Looking For- Previous local council experience
- Strong administrative skills and proven customer service ability
- Experience using TechOne
- Willingness to undergo a police check
