We are seeking a highly skilled Asset Protection Officer to join our team on a temporary basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing asset protection permits, responding to enquiries and bookings, and providing excellent customer service.

The role involves working closely with applicants and the finance department to process bond refunds efficiently and accurately. Additionally, the officer will be required to manage meetings, take minutes as needed, and provide administrative support to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage asset protection permits and respond to enquiries and bookings in a timely and efficient manner
  • Process bond refunds by liaising with applicants and the finance department
  • Organize meetings and take minutes as required to maintain accurate records
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
  • Previous experience in local government or a similar field
  • Strong administrative skills, including proficiency in TechOne software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • A willingness to undergo a police check prior to commencement
