**The Position**
Reporting to the Senior Finance Business Partner, you will form part of a highly respected commercial finance team within the business. The role will include full end-to-end finance business partnering functions ranging from month end accounts, analysis, reporting and budgeting/forecasting activities. You will be the conduit between finance and operational areas within your portfolio and add value by developing trusted relationships with operational leaders. You will work on initiatives to improve performance and profitability, preparing a raft of analytical insights and reports to the leadership group on a frequent basis.

This is a crucial role within the business and one that will allow for future development and career opportunities within a large, commercial environment that offers a collaborative and friendly work culture.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Analyse operational data and prepare meaningful commercial reports together with recommendations for improvements around business performance
- Support senior operational leaders across budget development and forecasting
- Review, analyse and provide commercial recommendations
- Prepare financial models and business case scenarios
- Provide KPI performance reporting
- Work collaboratively with the broader business both across corporate finance and operations
- Identify and recommend process improvements where necessary
- Processing month end journals and analysis of P&Ls at store and consolidated level

**Skills and Experience**
- CA/CPA/CFA or equivalent qualification
- Excellent analytical & problem-solving abilities
- Data analysis & modelling and report writing skills (TM1 and Power BI)
- High level communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
