As our HR Business Partner, you will work closely with the CEO and senior leaders to design and implement people initiatives that strengthen our business and culture. You'll provide expert advice on organisational design, workforce planning, and change management while fostering employee engagement.

Partnering with managers, you'll lead end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and talent development to build high-performing teams. You will act as a trusted advisor on employee relations, ensuring fair, consistent, and compliant practices across Australia and New Zealand.

Supporting our retail growth, you'll shape training and onboarding programs that set our people up for success. You'll also drive culture and engagement initiatives, embedding our values and promoting diversity and inclusion. The role will involve occasional travel to our New Zealand distribution centre and office. This is a part-time opportunity (3 days per week) based at our Pinkenba, Brisbane office.

Key Accountabilities

  • Partner with leaders to deliver HR strategies that align with business goals.
  • Lead workforce planning, organisational design, and change management initiatives.
  • Drive recruitment, onboarding, and talent development programs.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on employee relations, performance, and compliance.
  • Champion workplace culture, engagement, and diversity & inclusion initiatives.
  • Support leadership capability through coaching and development programs.
  • Provide input on compensation, benefits, and retention strategies.
  • Ensure health, safety, and compliance across all areas of the business.
