You will be responsible for:
Administration:
Assist with the coordination and scheduling of appointmentsfor therapy and nursing clinicians
Maximise the services participants can access withtheir funding, whilst optimising staff hours and cost
Liaise with clients to schedule services required
Support clinicians to optimise the provision ofservices through scheduling
Resolve scheduling matters with all stakeholders asthey arise
Information systems and records management:
Work as a part of the Specialist Services team byproviding a wide range of administrative support
Assist in the maintenance of anaccurate asset register of participant-owned assistive technologyequipment including a history of repairs and servicing
Update Nulsen Therapy and Nursingtemplates in TRIM and KAPISH
Update Client Management System (Lumary) withSpecialist Services' related information
Ensure all requirements in relation to a participant entry,movement, death or discharge are completed in a timely manner and that allrelevant databases are updated accordingly
Experience and skills in the application of a range ofsoftware including Microsoft Office, databases and electronic records managementsystems or willingness to develop these skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with astrong customer service orientation.
Accurate and efficient keyboard and data entry skill
Sound organisational skills with the ability to manageand prioritise own workload, demonstrate initiative and work under pressure tomeet deadlines.
Experience in working as part of a team in aservice delivery environment.
Availability to increase hours for annual leave coverage for therapy admin team.
You willalso need the following compliances:
