Client Service Specialist

**Job Description**
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Client Service Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service across various areas, including clinic practice, alliance clinic networks, medical specialist support, and personal assistant functions.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage clinic workflow and patients in-clinic
- Personal Assistant functions to medical specialists, including report preparation, diary management, and typing reports
- Ally health and doctor bookings
- Medical Specialist bookings for consultant, co-located, or visiting medical specialists
- Liaise with workers, employer representatives, and third-party alliance clinics
- Result Delivery Management
