**How will I help?**

The Customer Marketing Manager builds world class personalised marketing capability and customer marketing experiences that align with the goals of Westpac's Lines of Business.

The role is accountable for end-to-end delivery of complex marketing and service customer communications and requires an experienced personalised marketer to maintain strong relationships with business units such as Product, Legal, Corporate Affairs, Compliance and Brand, while being at the forefront of new ways of working within the team's agile structure.

**What do I need?**
- Demonstrated experience in CRM and/or Personalised Marketing in a large corporate environment - preferably within the digital/telco/financial industry
- Min. 4 - 5 years' experience in execution end to end marketing and service campaigns across a number of Below the Line channels
- Experience analysing and interpreting data and customer behaviour to identify trends and performance expectations
- Excellent problem solving and communications skills and the ability to work self sufficiently
- Strong stakeholder management experience with the ability to facilitate and foster relationships amongst a diverse group of stakeholders
- Demonstrated commercial acumen along with the ability to align objectives and initiatives with organisational vision and values
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Analytics, Target, and Audience Manager, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Proven experience in identifying areas of continuous improvement with the desire to be constantly challenged and develop new knowledge
- The ability to navigate ambiguity and show flexibility in a dynamic environment with a high/ fast rate of change
- Experience in Agile ways of working preferred but not essential
