As an Ecommerce Marketing Manager, reporting to our Paid Media Director, you will be a key contributor in driving media performance and account growth. Your responsibilities will include activation & optimisation, reporting & insights, testing and data analysis, and client communication across complex retail accounts.
Primary Responsibilities:- Manage and optimize retail media campaigns, including Sponsored Advertising and DSP activations across retail networks (primarily Amazon).
- Ensure accurate and full delivery of client budgets.
- Complete BAU tasks independently, including campaign builds, daily pacing, optimisation, and reporting.
- Create professional client-facing documents highlighting clear and actionable performance insights.
- Interface with clients through written, phone, and in-person communication.
- Collaborate with teams to achieve campaign goals and objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with new tools, trends, and best practices.
- 4+ years of experience in retail media within an agency setting.
- Knowledge of sponsored ad & display advertising through Amazon, with experience working in the Ad Console (Sponsored Ads / DSP).
- Experience with third-party bid management platforms such as SKAI and Pacvue.
- Experience managing complex retail media budgets.
- Understanding of the retail industry and latest trends.
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills for maintaining complex spreadsheets and producing high-quality documents.
- Client-centric attitude, with a passion for building long-lasting relationships and adding value to clients' businesses.
- Process improvement mindset, seeking and implementing solutions to streamline workflows.
- Strong team collaboration skills, valuing diverse contributions.
- Adaptability to change strategies and plans as needed.
