Job Description

This is a highly technical role that drives transformative change across multiple teams and groups.

We are seeking an accomplished professional to lead our payments and fraud team, responsible for establishing architectural patterns and best practices that scale across all three teams.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with payment systems architecture, gateway integrations, and distributed event-driven architectures.

They will design and implement sophisticated payment routing systems that optimize for success rates, costs, and risk mitigation across global markets.

This role requires sharp engineering craft and exceptional cross-specialty collaboration skills to gain buy-in from diverse stakeholders including product managers, finance, compliance, and engineering teams.

You'll influence others towards optimal business and engineering outcomes through deep domain expertise, technical excellence, strategic thinking, and effective communication.

  • Lead complex technical initiatives spanning multiple teams and services
