**About the role**:
The CRM System Administrator will be responsible for the maintenance, support and administration of the CRM. This will include all aspects of system administration - managing deployments, organising release waves, capacity and user management, governance and performing advanced troubleshooting to maintain the health and stability of the Dynamics 365 system.

**About you**:

- Experience performing implementation, administrative functions and advanced troubleshooting within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Power Pages is essential.
- Proven capability in designing, implementing, and maintaining with user access and security architecture within Dynamics 365 and SharePoint is essential.
- Knowledge of Power Platform connectivity and Azure Integration Services
- Highly desirable; Experience in DevOps pipelines and releases, leading the design, build and deployment cycle including documentation, maintain traceability of solutions and support of testing.
- Experience in.net, Java Script would be highly valued.
- Experience in Azure B2C would be highly valued.
- Experience in technology service availability, performance, and capacity, along with information security leveraging ITIL processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
- Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills including the proven ability to effectively communicate and influence decisions with all levels of internal and external customers.
- Demonstrated ability to build strategic partnerships with Third Party Vendors.
- Ability to translate a customer experience need into system design and business requirements.
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills, with the ability to explore alternatives to reach outcomes that are supported and accepted by various parties.
