Our Client provides an extensive product range into the building industry and endeavours to achieve the highest level of customer service in relation to both the product and service. Located in new offices on the M5 corridor, this new Administration role will see you reporting to the Office Manager.
You will be responsible for:
- Provide administrative sales support to the sales team
- Data entry of client information the CRM, create quotes
- Scheduling client meetings
- General administration support
And much more as required
To secure this opportunity you will need to have:
- Min 2 years minimum administration and customer service experience in an office environment (in the construction industry advantageous)
- Experience with a CRM
- Intermediate MS Office skills
- Be a self-starter and be able to work unsupervised with the ability to communicate with management, staff and customers both written and orally
- Good at multitasking and prioritising
- Has a calm approach
- Ability to handle conflicting priorities
- Is detail orientated
