We are seeking a skilled professional to join our office-based team in a key administrative role.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client enquiries, developing relationships with clients and their families, and handling a range of tasks including rostering, requests, feedback, and complaints.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organised, detail-focused, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Manage incoming client enquiries and develop strong relationships with clients and their families
- Prepare initial client documentation and book consultation appointments
- Maintain the CRM system and evaluate all documentation for accuracy
- Contribute to business development opportunities and liaise with internal teams and external partners
- Administrative experience with a focus on customer service and relationship building
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- High level of computer literacy and proficiency in software applications
