Title:Guest Service Agent
Position Overview:
To anticipate and meet the needs and desires of the hotel's guests, ensure that guests' room requirements are fulfilled, maintain high standards of service, and adhere to the policies and procedures of the hotel.

Key Accountabilities:
Anticipate and attend to guest needs immediately.
Greet guests warmly upon entry and departure.
Check guests in and out efficiently and according to hotel procedures.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
Coordinate with Housekeeping, Reservations, and Maintenance to prepare rooms.
Communicate guest requests to relevant departments and follow up.
Handle guest messages and facsimiles promptly.
Report guest comments and complaints to management.
Be knowledgeable about local area, hotel services, and events.
Know current room rates and packages.
Manage reservations accurately and timely.
Participate in training sessions.
Follow operational policies and maintain a safe environment.
Adhere to health and safety guidelines.
Follow cashiering policies and procedures.
Maintain operating equipment.
Complete opening and closing duties.
Assist telephone and back-office staff when needed.
