The Role

Reporting to the Director of Rooms and Front Office Manager, in this role you will:

  • Answer phone calls and emails professionally, adhering to LQA standards while providing efficient service to all guests
  • Stay informed about daily hotel events, promotions and departmental operating hours to assist guests effectively
  • Collect necessary guest room information during check-in and maintain knowledge of third-party bookings for seamless service
  • Program and issue room keys with appropriate access, ensuring accurate processing of charges and guest billing
  • Support other hotel departments during peak periods, assisting with group arrivals and departures as needed

Talent Profile
  • Over 1 year of experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment, including 1 year in a hotel front office environment
  • Opera software for hotel management experience preferred
  • More than 2 years in a customer service role, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and rapport-building abilities
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and proficiency in modern technology
