Principal Maritime Engineer
We are seeking a seasoned maritime professional to lead multidisciplinary projects from concept to delivery. As Principal Engineer and Market Lead, you will be responsible for growing our presence in the Ports, Terminals & Shipyards sector and expanding into the Defence maritime market.
About this role:
Lead project development from inception to delivery
Grow business development and strategic client engagement
Play a key role in expanding into the Defence maritime market
Mentor junior engineers while contributing to thought leadership and internal knowledge sharing
Requirements:
Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
10–15+ years' experience in maritime engineering with significant Australian consulting experience
A strong network in Ports & Terminals (essential); experience in the Defence sector (preferred)
Chartered Engineer (CPEng) or RPEQ qualified (or working toward)
Proven ability in business development
