**About the role**

We are looking for an exceptional Salesforce Administrator who will administer and support the ongoing use and improvement of Salesforce and our integrated systems.

**Duties & responsibilities**
- Support projects for business and process improvements
- Work with Stakeholders to establish and administer business requirements
- Support the triage and resolution of internal help desk requests and incidents
- Create reports and dashboards based on stakeholder requirements
- Proactively drive the completion of general Salesforce Administrative tasks
- Create and maintain documentation on internal processes
- Provide input on project deliverables and timelines
- Support ongoing IT projects

**What's required to be successful?**
- Minimum 2 years experience in Salesforce Administration
- Strong verbal and written skills
- Highly proactive and efficient
- Commercial acumen and the ability to build strong internal relationships
